Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure

Contact the BOXX Technologies Technical Support Department toll free at 877-877-BOXX or 512-835-0400 between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm CST.

» The Technical Support Department will issue a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) number after you provide the following information:

The system serial number
The part number(s)
Failure description

» BOXX Technologies, Inc. only provides cross-shipping services to authorized customers. Replacement parts will be shipped before 4:00 pm CST if an RMA number is issued prior to that time. However, the shipment of replacement parts is contingent on the availability of parts.

» Merchandise must be returned within 10 business days from the date the RMA number was issued.

» If you purchased your system from an Authorized BOXX Technologies reseller, BOXX Technologies will require a credit card number to authorize the cross-ship of merchandise. Please note: When you request a replacement product, your account (if applicable) or credit card will be charged.

» Return the product in the original packaging and shipping box or comparable box. If the product is not packaged correctly, the product warranty will be void.

» Clearly write your return address and RMA number on the shipping label. Any package without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused by the BOXX Technologies Shipping Department.

» Apply the shipping label to the outside of the box and return to BOXX Technologies, Inc. at the address below:
